CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public`s assistance in locating Tuu Castillo who is wanted for two $20,000 cash only Probation Revocation Warrants for failure to comply with terms and conditions of HOPE probation.

The reporting person was house sitting  her brother in-law`s home on Lumiaina Street and went to check on March 2, 2008. Upon arrival she found that someone had broken in and taken items. Officers recovered fingerprints from the home that were positively matched to Tuu Castillo. He was located on April 2, 2008 and arrested for Burglary in the first degree.

On February 17, 2009, at about 5:00 a.m., the alarm system for Sweet Krevez located at 98-820 Moanalua Road was activated. The complainant was able to view inside of the store  from her home and observed four males. She called the police and met them at the scene and initiated a burglary case. The males had fled prior to the arrival of the police and complainant. On April 1, 2009 officers were able to positively identify  one of the males from the video as Tuu Castillo. He was located on April 2, 2009 and arrested for Burglary in the second degree.

6/19/2010 – Wanted Fugitive: Clarence TUPITO

Wanted Fugitive: Clarence TUPITO

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public`s assistance in locating Clarence Tupito who is wanted for a $30,000 cash only Felony Contempt warrant for failure to appear for Probation Review on May 26, 2010.

On Januart 26, 2008, at about 2:30 a.m., the victim was at an acquaintance residence on Farrington Highway in Nanakuli when he was confronted by two males. The males forced him out of the house and into a vehicle. He was driven around the Waianae area and continuously assaulted. Residents on Heleula Street heard noises and saw the males beating the victim. The witnesses intervened and called the police. One of the males was identified as Clarence Tupito and later arrested for Kidnapping and Assault in the second degree.

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Thomas Jones who is wanted for two $20,000 cash only Probation Revocation warrants for failure to comply with terms and conditions of HOPE probation.

On April 7, 2005, officers responded to a call of males sitting in a stolen vehicle that was parked on Ohai Street. The vehicle was reported stolen from Kanikani Place sometime between March 25 and April 5, 2005. The driver was identified as Thomas Jones and arrested for UCPV. While being searched, drugs were found in his pocket and he was placed under arrest for Promoting Dangerous Drugs in the third degree and Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia.

On May 29, 2005, officers responded to a robbery at the North Shore Market Place located at 66-250 Kamehameha Highway. The description of the suspect was broadcasted via APB. Officers responded and observed two males walking fronting 66-207 Kamehameha Highway. One of the males was detained and identified as Thomas Jones. He was not involved in the robbery but was placed under arrest for Promoting a Dangerous Drug in the Third Degree and Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia due to items found in his pockets.

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Randy Cacpal who is wanted for two $20,000 Probation Revocation warrants.

On June 26, 2006

On August 6, 2007, at approximately 9:20 p.m., the complainant parked her vehicle at Kamamalu District Park located at 1440 Queen Street.  While at the park she observed a male exiting her vehicle and carrying her purse. The complainant ‘s husband and a friend chased the male and detained him unit the police arrived.
He was identified as Randy Cacpal and placed under arrest for Unauthorized Entry into a Motor Vehicle in the first degree. While being searched, a glass pipe with residue was found on his person. Cacpal was subsequently arrested for Promoting Dangerous Drugs in the third degree and Unlawful use of Drug Paraphernalia.

The complainant’s property was recovered and returned to her.
