Hawaii’s Most Wanted: Pearl Ridge Robbery Suspect Who Impersonates Military Police

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a male who is wanted for numerous thefts at Pearlridge Shopping Center.

On July 23, 2010, at approximately 3:30 p.m., a male approached two teens and told them that he was working under cover for the military and produced some type of military identification.  He told the males that they were suspects in a mugging and to follow him to the parking structure by Macy’s.  The males were told to give him their property for evidence.  The suspect told them to wait while he went to the office to make a report.

On July 28, 2010, at approximately 3:00 p.m., the suspect who was wearing military fatigues, approached two males and told them that they were suspects in a theft case.

From July 31, 2010, to August 1, 2010, there have been five reported incidents with the same suspect.

Suspect: Unknown male

Race: Filipino

Age: 20’s

Height: 5’8”

Weight: 180 lbs.

Hair: Black

Eyes: Brown

Clothing: Brown military BDU uniform, “ Vierra” on pocket

Tattoo: Unknown tattoo on the left side of his neck.
