“Job openings are announced though the Department of the Navy’s Civilian Hiring and Recruiting Tool (CHART) and USAJobs websites,” said Mastuo. “Recruiters also attend three to four job fairs a year and accept resumes which maybe reviewed under the expedited hiring program for a job offer on the spot.”
