The Hawaii State Attorney General’s Office will hold 2 forfeiture auctions to sell seized property that was used in criminal activity.
All persons who intend to bid must fill out The Bidders Registration Form and register prior to the commencement of the auction and must present identification with a picture ID such as a valid driver’s license, State ID, student ID card, and/or passport. Please read the Bidders Registration Form thoroughly for complete instructions. The Bidder Registration Form is available in Adobe Acrobat PDF format. AUCTION SCHEDULE AND DETAILS
The Department of the Attorney General’s public auctions of property forfeited to the State of Hawaii have been tentatively scheduled for the following dates:
2010 Dates:

•December 4, 2010
** All auctions have been tentatively scheduled at the Neil Blaisdell Center in the Pikake Room.
The auctions will be conducted by Rosen Auctions. The property to be sold may include cars, jewelry, cameras, electronic surveillance equipment, mechanical and electric hand tools, and other items. A list of the property and confirmation date will be posted prior to each scheduled auction at Rosen Auctions web site.
The vehicles and items to be sold may be inspected from 11:00 a.m. on the scheduled date of the event. The auction will begin at 12:00 p.m.
This auction is the result of ongoing efforts by State and County law enforcement agencies to curb criminal activities by seizing and forfeiting assets used or acquired in connection with criminal activities. The proceeds from this auction will be used by state and county law enforcement agencies to combat crime.
Employees (and their immediate family members) of each county police department, each prosecuting attorney’s office, and the Department of the State Attorney General are not eligible to purchase forfeited property.
