Hawaii Ranks 43 in ‘Best and Worst States for Business’ CEO Survey

Hawaii has ranked poorly in another national business survey coming in at number 43 for Best and Worst States for Business in the 10th annual survey of CEOs nationwide.

More than 500 business leaders were asked to grade states on a variety of measures including the tax and regulatory climate, quality of the workforce and quality of the living environment.
