If you like Scotch eggs you will love this local spin on it.  Scotch eggs consists of a hard-boiled egg wrapped in sausage meat, coated in bread crumbs and baked or deep-fried. They were created in 1809. In the United Kingdom they are the equivalent of SPAM Musubi available in supermarkets, corner shops and service stations.

This version created on 808Viral uses SPAM instead of sausage. Of course!

The only question is, why wasn’t this done sooner?
