REPORT FROM KAUAI COUNTY – Kaua‘i police are asking for the public’s help in locating a suspect who is wanted in connection with numerous criminal activities on Kaua‘i. Aron Nagao, 19, of Kapa‘a, was observed getting out of a white truck in the parking lot of the Līhu‘e 7-11 store at approximately 3:23 p.m. today. The truck had been reported stolen. Officers pursued Nagao, and, as a precaution, placed the A-Plus afterschool program at nearby Wilcox Elementary School on lockdown, with a uniformed officer stationed on the school premises. The lockdown was lifted once officers determined that the suspect was not in the vicinity.
