Some companies these days can have several generations all working together.   Millennials can be managing Baby Boomers and Gen Xers can be in the mix and making things, let’s say interesting. How to keep everyone motivated and focused on collective goals can be hard but certainly achievable.

Reg Baker, CPA PFS, is a nationally recognized expert, advocate and writer for Small and Mid-Sized Businesses (SMB’s).
