BY MALIA ZIMMERMAN – Dr. Orly Taitz, a California lawyer originally from the Soviet Union, is heading up a campaign to examine President Barack Obama’s original long form birth certificate.
After serving the state 33 days ago with a demand to produce the document, Taitz brought two experts to the state Department of Health on Monday. She said they hoped to get a closer look at the document to determine whether the birth certificate is a “cheap forgery” as she and her experts allege. She calls it “Obama Fraud-gate” – a take off on Watergate.
However, her request was denied. “As you know, Hawaii law does not allow the department to release birth records to anyone that does not have a tangible interest in the record,” said Janice Okubo, spokesperson for the state Department of Health.
Joshua Wisch, Special Assistant to the Attorney General, also presented a letter to Taitz from Deputy Attorney General Jill Nagamine that denied her request. “You are seeking disclosure of privileged or other protected matter, and there is no exception that applies to allow disclosure to you,” it reads.
“This is a joke because he (the president) already has posted the long form birth certificate on the web site, whitehouse.gov. Privacy is irrelevant,” Taitz said.
Not surprised by the state’s denial, she had a back up plan. She headed over to U.S. District Court where she hopes she can use federal muscle to force the state to compel the document at her September 14, 10 a.m. hearing.
“We want to check the authenticity – it (the birth certificate) could not be from 1961,” Taitz said. “The certificate had different fonts, different ink, and some computer graphics.”
Taitz, who runs DEFEND OUR FREEDOMS FOUNDATION, an organization that attempts to solicit Obama’s personal documents including his marriage certificate, social security card and birth certificate, said she current is managing four legal cases to view these original documents.
“I have in front of me affidavits that say the birth certificate is a cheap forgery. If this can be done to the whole nation, this fraud, we have so much corruption in the government, and no one is doing anything about it,” Taitz said. “I was born in the Soviet Union under a totalitarian regime and people did not have a way to address grievinces. I am married with three children and I don’t want to live in a place like the Soviet Union where nothing is done about corruption. We are losing our freedom.”
People who continue to explore the possibility that Obama’s long-form birth certificate is a fake need to look into the very well-documented fact that the Territory of Hawaii officially issued a birth certificate to Sun Yat-sen showing that Sun was born in the Territory of Hawaii (false) and was therefore a natural-born citizen of the United States (false). This birth certificate was issued based on sworn statements from Sun’s local friends claiming to authenticate the birth. The reason why Sun wanted a Hawaii birth certificate was to allow him to freely enter the U.S. mainland for fundraising and political recruiting for his Chinese revolution, despite the Chinese Exclusion Act which would have prohibited Sun from entering the mainland unless he was a U.S. citizen.
Since Obama was born in 1961, only 2 years after Hawaii became a state, it is quite plausible that the same policies which allowed a birth certificate to be issued by the Territory government based on sworn (but false) statements, might still have remained the policy of the new State of Hawaii.

Sun Yat-sen’s strong links to Hawaii

COULD Sun Yat-sen, revered by both the People’s Republic of China and the Nationalist government on Taiwan, be a son of Hawaii?
There’s a birth certificate that says so, but even Sun renounced it in due course. It did, however, help him circumvent the Chinese Exclusion Act of 1882, which became applicable when Hawaii was annexed to the United States in 1898.
The certificate, issued by the Territory of Hawaii in March 1904, declared he had been born in Kula, Maui, where his relatives lived. As a “citizen of Hawaii” he could travel to the U.S. mainland in the early 1900s to rally both support and funds for his revolutionary efforts. Some Chinese friends attested to the birth.
His Punahou teacher, Francis Damon, certified to his good character but did not swear on the issue of birth. Damon is the grandfather of attorney Frank Damon, a major present-day supporter of Punahou.

Furthermore: Hawaii’s Territorial Law, Chapter 57 – “VITAL STATISTICS, I”, shown beginning pg 23 of 29, (the law in effect in 1961) allowed the parents (or grandparents or other relative) of baby’s born anywhere in the world to be eligible to apply for a Hawaiian birth certificate. A mailed-in form (without mention of a hospital, doctor, or midwife) signed by one of his grandparents (who forged the parent signature(s)) would have been enough to set up a birth record and a birth certificate at the Dept of Health. The Dept of Health would (presumably) then have automatically sent the names of the parents, their address as given on the mailed-in form , the gender of the child, and the date of birth to the Honolulu Advertiser and Star-Bulletin. The address given for the parents in the newspaper announcements is actually, however, the August 1961 home address of Obama’s maternal grandparents Stanley and Madelyn Dunham [6085 Kalanianaole Highway], and not the 1961 home address of Barack Obama, Sr. [625 11th Ave].)
Barack Hussein Obama II was born August 4, 1961 at the Coast Province General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya and not in Hawaii as he claims. This may explain why he has only allowed Hawaii to release a highly-questionable, computer-generated, ‘abstract’ of his birth certificate. The fascinating story of how Lucas Daniel Smith obtained a certified copy of Obama’s birth certificate directly from the birth hospital on February 19, 2009 is included as part of his ‘July 4, 2010 Letter to Congress’, which is also available for free download at the same website.
The Hawaiian Certificate of Live Birth, released May 27, 2011 by Mr. Obama on the official White House website has been judged by many technically-qualified experts to have been computer-assembled in ‘layers’ in a radically manipulative manner and contains many identified anomalies. … The document is certified only to the very low standard of “abstract’ (whatever that encompasses) rather than the far more rigorous standard of ‘copy’ which would be the expected level of quality. … Tim Adams, senior Hawaiian election official during the 2008 presidential campaign, has sworn an affidavit stating that no birth certificate for Obama existed in Hawaii at that time. … Doug Vogt, an expert in document imaging technology, recently filed a 22 page, detailed criminal complaint to the FBI regarding Obama’s fraudulent, Hawaiian long-form Certificate of Live Birth.

Just because Sun Yat-sen was able to lie and get a birth certificate in the early years of the Territory of Hawaii does not mean one could get one so easily in 1961.
In fact, even as a Territory, the Federal government put in place procedures requiring proof of US birth. Hawaii did not make laws from scratch in 1959, they were already in place in the Territory.
As far as the convicted felon Lucas Smith’s fake Kenyan BC, just take a look at the measurements of the supposed baby Obama – they are indicative of a form of Dwarfism. Does President Obama look like a Dwarf? LOL!
Taitz is delusional. President Obama’s BC has no more “anomalies” than any of the others on the web. Just about any pdf you open in illustrator has layers because that is how the compression is optimized; by grouping like items on a layer and using the most appropriate form of compression for those items.
Taitz is also delusional if she thinks she or anyone else will EVER get a look at the original certificate of live birth.
The form filled out at the hospital and sent to the DOH has a section for confidential medical and social info that is used for research and statistics. This info is also the likely source for Dr. Fukino’s statement that it was “half typed and half handwritten”.
Even President Obama cannot waive privacy rights to the confidential portion as it contains info on his mother.
Mommy and Daddy are both long dead – no privacy rights exist any longer.
In case Orly and the rest of the patriotic lawyers working to break down the judicial brick walls that have been erected around Obummer fail, we need a back-up plan and I think this one will work. Per Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution requiring candidates to be ‘natural born citizens’ and the stare decisis decision rendered in Minor v. Happersett , 88 U. S. 162 (1874) which defined that phrase as a person born on the soil of parent citizens, Mr. Obama is ineligible to be the President of the United States. We know this and we know that you know this. Many questions were and continue to be raised such as why he is using a false social security number issued in Connecticut and why did Nancy Pelosi, on behalf of the Democrat Party (DNC) send out two different Letters of Eligibility such that almost half of America wants to know who this man really is. You knew of the controversies in the spring and fall of ‘08 yet you did nothing. You failed us, sir. You failed in your duty to at least attempt to uphold the Constitution and you knew that you were doing so. My question is in two parts:

Supposedly, you have a doctorate. With that level of education, you should understand the difference between speculation and factual information. Your level of speculation is disturbing. “It is plausible” … well, it is plausible that the moon is made out of cheese. However, all evidence shows such “plausibility” as void. All evidence shows the LFBC to be correct and in compliance with all laws and regulations. The State of Hawaii has repeatedly stated that the SFBC and LFBC are legal proof that Obama was born in Hawaii. Kapiolani has confirmed that Obama was born in their hospital.
The law that you quote is interesting. Good thing that, at the bottom of Obama’s long-form BC, line 23, where “Evidence of Delayed Filing or Alteration” must be noted shows that no delayed filing or alterations occurred in relationship to Obama’s birth or his BC.

Now, if you want to play with plausibilities, feel free. The fact that you are willing to accept Hawaii’s Territorial Law, Chapter 57 shows that you cherry pick from the law to support your biases. Hawaiian law and Federal law all agree that Obama’s SFBC and LFBC meet the requirements for proof of birth in the US.
Now go play with meaningless pixels. Those are just pure conspiracy theory fantasy.
Hello ! it doesn’t matter where Obama was born anymore….the deed has been done. what matters more where does his loyalties lie ? I must take strong exception to Dr. Conklin’s characterization of the Sun Yat-Sen birth registration, and what he insinuates about similarities between it and Obama’s registration, and in particular his comment: “it is quite plausible that the same policies which allowed a birth certificate to be issued by the Territory government based on sworn (but false) statements, might still have remained the policy of the new State of Hawaii.”
There is no similarity whatever.
Sun Yat-Sen’s fraudulent birth certificate was issued in 1904, which hardly is in close temporal proximity to the 1961 registration of Obama’s birth. The laws in force at the time of Obama’s registration were the code of 1957 revised in 1959.
Sun Yat-Sen was registered under the Certificate of Hawaiian Birth program (a predecessor to a later program of the same name in effect from 1911 to 1972). Sun Yat-Sen received a Certificate of Hawaiian Birth, which is a certificate issued to someone whose birth was not registered within one year. It was primarily designed for older Hawaiians whose birth had not been registered as children. Obama received a Certificate of Live Birth not marked DELAYED, which is only given for timely registrations. It’s a different birth registration program, and a different type of certificate.
It is possible at any time and in any jurisdiction for vital records fraud to be perpetrated. Sun Yat-Sen’s friends lied for him under oath, and the adult Sun-Yat Sen was registered under the Certificate of Hawaiian Birth program. Barack Obama, however, was not attested to by friends, but by physician Dr. David A. Sinclair who delivered him at the then Kapi’olani Maternity and Gynecological Hospital in Honolulu and whose birth was registered 50 years ago yesterday, precisely 4 days after his birth. This is attested by the certified copy of Obama’s birth certificate issued by the State of Hawaii, shown to the press and published on the White House web site.
Any suggestion that there is any plausible similarity between the registration of Sun Yat-Sen and Barack Obama is, disingenuous.
The birthers seem to think that Hawaiians are somehow a lower class of human being who are untrustworthy and not real Americans (two Hawaii Governors, and two Directors of Health — Democrat and Republican — have been called liars and traitors by the birthers). This is blatant racism against Hawaiians, and likely motivated by the same racism that underlies birther hatred of President Obama.
I disagree with the article’s characterization of Douglas Vogt and Paul Irey, the individuals who accompanied Orly Taitz on her expedition to Hawaii, as “experts.”
Certainly they are not experts in the usual sense of the word. Paul Irey is a commercial printer whose career included a lot of “typing.” That doesn’t make him a general expert on typewriters, and certainly not qualified to understand electronic documents. Vogt runs a scanner company, but his technical analysis published on the Internet is naive and demonstrates no advanced technical knowledge of PDF documents (the form of the White House long form). Vogt made many assumptions which are contradicted directly by the Press Releases of the Department of Health. Neither of these two would ever make it into a court room except as a spectator.
The only certified document analyst who has looked at the PDF, Ivan Zatkovich who has testified in federal civil and criminal cases, has said that the characteristics that Vogt claims are proof of forgery, are actually consistent with enhancement of the legibility of the document — and that no changes to the content could be identified.
For those who are not immersed in this birther business on a daily basis as I am, it’s important to be aware that there is a cottage industry of crank self-proclaimed experts who claim Obama’s birth certificate is a fake. Unfortunately for them, the Hawaii Department of Health does not agree.
