BY KIM BUFFETT – CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating the driver of a white pickup truck or SUV that hit a bicyclist on Kamehameha Highway.

On December 17, 2010, at approximately 11:10 p.m., a bicyclist was struck from behind as he approached Leilehua Golf Course. He was taken to Wahiawa General Hospital where he was pronounced deceased. The vehicle failed to stop and was last seen heading toward Wahiawa Town.  The pickup or SUV may have extensive frontend damage, a broken radio antenna, and a broken right side rear view mirror.
