Charges against ”’A & E”’ bounty hunting television stars Duane “Dog” Chapman, 53, Leland Chapman, 29, and Timothy Chapman, 41, have been dropped by the Mexican Court in Puerto Vallarta, says Chapman spokesperson Mona Wood.
