Former Hawaii Supreme Court Justice Makes Outrageous and False Claims About Hawaii Reporter-The Judge, Turned Political Lobbyist, Accuses Hawaii Reporter of Fabricating a Story and Deliberately Distorting a Radio Transcript of An Interview with NPR and OHA's Haunani Apoliona on the Akaka Bill, None of Which is True; Ex-Justice Also Tries to Intimidate Other Media by Issuing Press Release

A statement issued to the Hawaii media yesterday by former Hawaii Supreme Court Justice Robert Klein accusing ”’Hawaii Reporter”’ and me of “fabricating” a story, should make the public question the credibility of Office of Hawaiian Affairs as well as every decision Klein made on the bench.

The press release he sent to all other media except ”’Hawaii Reporter”’, which would be an embarrassment to even a first year law student or Reese Witherspoon
