BY JOSHUA A. WISCH – The State of Hawaii has repeatedly confirmed the indisputable evidence of President Obama’s birth in Hawaii.

When this issue last arose in May, the Washington Post noted that “the Hawaii Department of Health has released both the short and long forms of the president’s birth certificate; and that all this information, along with clear-as-a-bell explanations, is available to the public online.”
President Obama was born in Honolulu, and his birth certificate is valid.
Regarding the latest allegations from a sheriff in Arizona, they are untrue, misinformed, and misconstrue Hawaii law.
The purpose of section 338-17.8, Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS), is to accommodate foreign-born individuals whose parents were residents of Hawaii but were temporarily outside of this state due to employment or military service. Similar to section 338-20.5, HRS, which provides for a certificate of foreign birth, anyone who receives a birth certificate under this section would have noted on their birth certificate the physical location of their actual birth. It does not confer citizenship, which is, of course, a power of the federal government.
We also note that section 338-17.8 was not passed until 1982, so it cannot apply to President Obama, who was born at the Kapiolani Maternity and Gynecological Hospital in Honolulu in 1961, as is reflected on his certificate of live birth, a copy of which can be viewed on the White House website, a link to which is provided on DOH’s website.
Vital records in Hawaii have some of the highest levels of privacy protection in the nation. Not only are Hawaii’s vital records some of the best managed, but they also have some of the strongest restrictions on access to prevent identity theft and fraud.

@ Crystallite- I haven't heard about Obama's maternal grandfather accused of selling secrets but curiously,in the 1950's it is possible that Armour Dunham(Stanley Sr,) worked for the CIA in the middle east.the FBI ha d file on him but destroyed it in 1997.and J Edgar Hoover had him under surveillance. And the passport of Obama's mom Stanley Ann Durham was destroyed pre 1968 by the State Department. There is a photo clue that the Dunhams may have been stationed in Beirut, Lebanonassigned to CIA in the early 1950's. a picture of Obama's mom wearing a school uniform with " NdJ " which stands for College Notre Dame de Jamhour can be seen. The real things that stick, is why Obama's SS# is from Connecticut, and who funded him to attend all those fancy expensive colleges. What were his grades like, if he is "so smart" as everyone who votes for him keeps repeating. His records and transcripts have all been locked up and thrown to the bottom of the sea.
Obama totally lied when he said his Presidency would be the "most transparent ever in US History". It's anything except that.
There is no such thing as a Connecticut Social Security number.
SSNs are assigned and issued by the Social Security Administration System in Baltimore, Maryland (have been since 1971). The geographic number is assigned by the zip code of the return address on the application card (SS-5). At the time he applied, his zip code was 96814 for Honolulu, Hawaii. The zip code for Danbury, Connecticut was 06814. On a typewriter keyboard the "9" and "0" are next to each other.
If a clerk/typist entered the wrong zip (06814 instead of 96814) he would get a SSN with the Connecticut prefix.
The Social Security Administration would not even care of this happened as the SSN prefix was not meant to provide geographic information. As noted on their website.
Sarah Palin's , Paul Ryan's, Ted Cruz's as well as everyone else's college records are "locked up and thrown to the bottom of the sea". Try to get them and see what response you get.
If there was anyone who would have exposed the truth behind Obama's birth, if he was indeed born outside of the country, it would have been Hillary Clinton during the primary elections back in '07 and '08.

It doesn't matter where you're from, or what you've done, it's where you're at (mentally). The bile that Wayne Madsen (who you receive your information from) puts forth is not worthy of sourcing. I've read directly from his website. He consistantly gives interviews to anti-American media such a Russia Today, like a treasonist, not healthy scepticism. You claim you've been to Israel as a merchant seaman and spent time there. Then you of all people should be educated about such anti-semitic material such as "the protocols of the elders of zion", which was an anti-semitic hoax, first published in Russia in 1903 and translated into multiple languages. It purported to describe a Jewish plan for world domination. When Hitler came to power he treated it as a valid document and ordered it taught in school.
