Hawaii Author’s Sci-Fi Novel Hits Amazon Best Sellers List

On June 1, 2014, S DeGiorgio’s debut novel, ORION CONNECTION, the first installment in the Legends Trilogy, hit #51 on Amazon’s Top 100 Paid Best Sellers in First Contact Science Fiction eBooks.

Reviews describe Orion Connection as a fast-paced read with action, adventure, and characters you grow to love. We’ve combined ancient alien theory with humanity’s first mission to Mars to create a book that we hope is rocket fuel for people seeking answers to the question, “Are we alone?”

“We have several more books planned and intend to take sci-fi in new uncharted directions, with more female heroes and featuring Hawaii in Orion Connection’s sequel. We’re hoping the books become popular enough to attract the attention of movie producers that could bring jobs to Hawaii. Our three trilogies (Legends, Origins, and Evolution) are already in development and we’re encouraged by reader reviews we’ve received so far on Amazon. Hawaii has always been very supportive of its artists, musicians, and writers and everyone we’ve spoken to about the book is really receptive.”

This is the second book S DeGiorgio has published in six months. Yo Ho Ho and a Very Merry Christmas, published December 2013, will be available as an audiobook in a few weeks on Audible, iTunes, and Amazon. Listen to a sample of the audiobook at: https://pursuitofmeaning.com/yohoho/
