6/5/2010 – Wanted Fugitive: Saul GARCIA
CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public`s assistance in locating Saul Garcia who is wanted for a $20,000 cash only Felony Contempt Warrant for failure to appear for HOPE warning hearing on February 4, 2010.
On November 3, 2003, at about 3:30 p.m., the complainant noticed that her moped was missing from her parking stall on Koauka Loop. She checked with the resident manager and was told that a male was seen working on the moped on the second floor of the parking garage. The complainat and her husband located the moped and noticed that it had been stripped. The male was located sleeping next to the moped and was identified by the resident manager. The complainant`s husband detained the male until police arrived. While waiting for the police the male brandished a knife and threatened the husband. Police arrived and identified the male as Saul Garcia and placed him under arrest for Theft in the second degree and Terroristic Threatening in the first degree.
