CRIMESTOPPERS ALERT – CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Ray Delos Santos who is wanted for escape from OCCC and three outstanding $20,000 probation revocation warrants.
On May 6, 2011, Delos Santos was granted an order of temporary release from OCCC for a dental appointment in Kailua. He was picked up by an authorized sponsor and driven to his appointment. Prior to leaving the dentist, Delos Santos asked to use the restroom and fled.
His description is as follows:

Age: 22
Height: 5’10”
Weight: 180 lbs.
Hair: Black
Eyes: Brown
