BY SHIRLEY HASENYAGER – NASA built a wonderfully designed and unbelievably complicated machine and sent it to Mars where it landed perfectly for $2.5 billion.

Hawaii is building 20 miles of rail at a cost of over $5 billion.

Something is radically wrong here.
