Seattle – The IRS announced today that a Small Business Tax Workshop will be held on Thursday, June 16 at Kapi’olani Community College from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. The event is sponsored by Kapi’olani Community College’s Continuing Education and IRS’ Stakeholder Liaison. Mr. Holl will also share basic business tips and address tax consequences of LLCs, S-Corps, and Sole Proprietorships.

The workshop will be held in Room IIiahi 104, Kapi’olani Community College, 4303 Diamond Head Road in Honolulu. To register, call 808-734-9211 or fax 808-734-9447. For more information, contact Ed Valdez at 808-734-9153 or email: edwardv@hawaii.edu.
