Kaiser Permanente Hawaii’s Maui Lani Elua clinic will provide speciality rehabilitation services including neurology, occupational health services, occupational therapy, physiatry, and physical therapy.

WAILUKU, MAUI – Kaiser Permanente Hawaii today unveiled its newest rehabilitation clinic facility on Maui with a traditional Hawaiian blessing ceremony and remarks from Mayor Alan Arakawa and Kaiser Permanente Hawaii President Janet Liang. The new Maui Lani Elua clinic is now providing high quality rehabilitation services to members on Maui and throughout Maui County.

Today’s ceremony featured a hula performance by Hula Halau ‘O Ka Hanu Lehua under the direction of Kumu Kamaka Kukona and a traditional Hawaiian blessing by Reverend Kealahou Alika.
The new, 9,000-square-foot clinic provides specialty rehabilitation services including neurology, occupational health services, occupational therapy, physiatry, and physical therapy. Its centralized location in Wailuku and ample free parking make it easily accessible for Kaiser Permanente members.
“The new Maui Lani Elua Rehabilitation Specialty Center represents our investment in the Maui community and serves as tangible example of how we put patient care first and reinvest members’ dollars,” said Janet Liang, President of Kaiser Permanente Hawaii. “Along with the recent opening of our new Pearlridge Clinic on Oahu and current expansion in Kona and Kanehoe, our members will have even greater access to the high standard of care and service that Kaiser Permanente offers.”
David Ulin, MD, Physician-in-charge, Maui Kaiser Permanente, said, “Our physicians and staff are very excited to move into this beautiful new facility. The new Maui Lani Elua Clinic will give our members easier access to many specialized rehabilitation services.”
Kaiser Permanente’s new Maui Lani Elua Clinic is located at 75 Maui Lani Parkway and will be open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. For information on patient services, the public can call 808-243-6040 or visit kp.org.

  1. Why have such a wonderful rehab facility in Maui and nothing on the Big island. Such a shame that those who need services in Kona are denied treatment.
