LĪHU’E – Police arrested a middle school custodian earlier this month on multiple drug related offenses.
William Arthur, age 55, was arrested in the parking lot of Waimea Canyon Middle School on the afternoon of Wednesday, May 8 for one count of promoting a controlled substance near a school and one count of possessing drug paraphernalia.
Police caught up with Arthur during school hours with over 27 grams of marijuana in his vehicle along with marijuana cigarettes, an undisclosed amount of cash and other related items.
Arthur posted $2,000 bail and has since been released from custody pending his court appearance.

Horrible! I'm glad he was caught! Children should not be exposed to such things.
