Mokulele Airlines Meets with Community About Inter-Island Passenger Service from Kalaeloa Airport

Neighborhood Board # 34 (Kapolei – Makakilo – Honokai Hale) will be hosting a presentation by Mokulele Airlines regarding a proposal to provide Inter-Island Passenger service out of Kalaeloa Airport.

A question and answer session will follow.

The community, local area elected officials, and other stakeholders are encouraged to attend.

This is scheduled for Friday, November 22nd, 2013 at Kapolei High School (Teacher’s Lounge) from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm.

  1. What was the use? I asked every single person on the neighborhood board a question and didn't get a single response. Not a single response from a single individual on the Neighborhood Board # 34 (Kapolei – Makakilo – Honokai Hale). That means people have already decided and the "hosting" was just a formality.

  2. What an innovative idea! This new service from Kalaeloa should serve the leeward coast well. It's hassle-free and a timesaver. Eight round trips per day may not be enough. The person who came up with this idea deserves a standing ovation. Maybe Dillingam airfield is next on the list to be served by Mokulele?
