Teaming up with local radio station personality, JE Orozco from KBIG ‘Da Beat’ FM, the UH-Hilo Student Association will be helping raise cash donations for the American Red Cross Hurricane Relief Fund, Tuesday, September 13, 2005, on the U.H. Hilo campus.

Students, faculty, and university employees are all encouraged to donate. KBIG will be announcing the collection efforts on the air and encouraging community members to drive by the campus and contribute as well.

Volunteers from UHHSA will be staffing collection boxes at the Campus Center Plaza from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Tuesday the 13th.

Hilo area residents may drive up to donate via the Kawili Street entrance to the UH-Hilo campus.
